- Subscription & Scope. License is for the plan selected at checkout, determined by organization type and number of users selected for participation. Full content/visual customization is available at 1,000+ users.
- Fees & Taxes. Prices shown are before taxes and government charges, which will be added at checkout as applicable.
- Discount Window. The 25% off promotion applies to 1‑year subscriptions purchased by December 31 at 11:59 pm ET. After that, standard rates apply.
- Billing Choices. Annual is billed in full at checkout; the Monthly option bills in equal monthly installments of the annual price (promo applied if eligible).
- Auto‑Renewal. Subscriptions auto‑renew for successive terms at then‑current rates unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date (annual) or before the next billing cycle (monthly).
- Cancellation & Refunds. All fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account or by contacting support; service remains active through the paid‑through date.
- Implementation & Support. Orientation (30‑minute webinar or 60‑minute live virtual with Q&A) and support levels are as described on the purchase page; client support during business hours, user app email support 24/7, chat during business hours.
- Data & Privacy. We process customer data solely to deliver the service; each party will comply with applicable privacy laws. See the Privacy Policy for details and data subject rights.
- Results Disclaimer. The system provides metrics and engagement tools; outcomes vary by organization and use. No promise of specific business results.
- IP & Acceptable Use. The platform, content, and materials are licensed—not sold. No reverse engineering, reselling, or misuse.
- Authority; Entire Agreement. The purchaser represents authority to bind the organization. These terms plus any order details shown at checkout are the entire agreement for this purchase.
