What are the fees for your subscriptions?

Fees are determined according to several factors, including the number of users you decide to include, your choice of DIY or DFY options, and optional services. We will be able to calculate your fee once you have completed your FIT ASSESSMENT and made your selected choices.

The Real-World Impact Metrics and Journey of Impact App (App) is a SaaS offering that provides a patent pending, comprehensive system, engine, and interface that enables leaders to measure their Real-World Impact for the purpose of building Impassioned Engagement, Unrivaled Loyalty, and Boundless Growth.

The App captures, measures, analyzes, and reports the REAL-WORLD IMPACT of products and services as customers, patients, or beneficiaries [users] play a fun, engaging, and rewarding game.

The Journey of Impact game excites and entices users to discover and celebrate ongoing IMPACT RIPPLES (changes, difference, outcomes, results, events, and experiences) that appear as the direct or indirect result of using a product or service.

Along their journey, users experience a variety of intriguing, illuminating, and enjoyable experiences, receive ongoing rewards and celebrations, and share in-app, branded SNAPSHOTS of their Journey of Impact with friends, family, and social media communities.

Yearly subscriptions are available to leaders whose FIT ASSESSMENT determines they have a good, strong, or game-changing likelihood of benefitting from the App. Fees are determined according to the number of users to be included and selected options.

What is REAL-WORLD IMPACT

Real-World Impact is the measurable results, differences, changes, outcomes, events, and experiences that happen AFTER users receive the planned benefits of a product or service.

What is INITIAL IMPACT?

INITIAL IMPACT is the changes, differences, events, results, outcomes, and experiences that occur in the first 24 hours after a user has received the planned benefits of a product or service

What are IMPACT RIPPLES?

IMPACT RIPPLES are the ongoing changes, differences, events, results, outcomes, and experiences that occur following the period of INITIAL IMPACT.

What is IMPACT IMPORTANCE?

IMPACT IMPORTANCE is the quality of impact, based on a user’s perception of the extent to which an IMPACT RIPPLE is important or significant for them personally and/or professionally and whether it affects others in their life.

What is IMPACT CAUSALITY?

IMPACT CAUSALITY is the user’s perception of ‘What caused what’ and ‘What is connected to what?’

What are LIFE AREAS?

LIFE AREAS are distinct parts of a user’s life. Each LIFE AREA is categorized or defined by a distinct combination of activities, people, surroundings, and events that are expected to occur.

How can I collect my REAL-WORLD IMPACT METRICS?

Leaders can choose to apply DIY Analog or DFY Digital options to capture, measure, analyze and report their REAL-WORLD IMPACT METRICS. Some leaders choose to use Analog and Digital for maximum results.

What is an example of Analog Data Collection?

What is the JOURNEY OF IMPACT App?

The JOURNEY OF IMPACT App is a fun, intriguing, illuminating, and rewarding game that captures, measures, analyzes, and reports the REAL-WORLD IMPACT users receive over time as the direct and indirect result of using your products and services.

Think of the Journey of Impact App as an engaging Research Instrument that gives you actionable information to (1) improve products and services, (2) increase employee engagement, innovation, job satisfaction, initiative, productivity, collaboration, and loyalty, (3) include user engagement, loyalty, and repeat and referral business, and (4) provide unprecedented data for marketing, sales, R&D, marketing, sales, support, HR, and more.

The Journey of Impact App includes comprehensive choices, in-app celebrations and rewards, dynamic social-sharing, powerful analytics, and automated reporting of your Real-World Impact Metrics.

How can I analyze my REAL-WORLD IMPACT METRICS?

This depends on whether you’ve selected the DIY Analog or DFY Digital option.

If you select the DFY Digital version, your Journey of Impact App automatically analyzes all user responses as they play the game. Your Dynamic Dashboard tracks and analyzes all your data for you and provides high-level analytic tools you can use to include additional variables with just a click or tap.

What did I do that led to these results?

This is a critical question—one many leaders ask so they can repeat great results in the future! 

The answer depends on many factors, including your role in your organization, the specifics of your involvement in your users’ and employees’ lives and in the development, marketing, and sales of your products and services.

If you’re in healthcare, it depends on the degree to which you planned and/or executed medical interventions and/or care, the extent of your involvement in follow-up care, and so much more.

While we can’t tell you precisely what you did that led to your users’ results, we can tell you whether users perceive their results are associated with or caused by the benefits they received from your products and services.

Check your Dynamic Dashboard to see the number of times your users selected your PEBBLE as part of Impact Causality. The more times your Pebble was selected, the more credit they give you and your team for the Real-World Impact they received.

You can also conduct Path Analyses to measure the statistical correlations between additional variables and the Five Components of Real-World Impact.

What can I do to make these outcomes even bigger?

You can encourage your team to invite new users to join your “Journey of Impact Research Study.” You can also encourage already enrolled users to keep checking their progress in the App.

NOTE: The JOURNEY OF IMPACT App is designed to capitalize on the Hawthorne Effect. The more a user plays the Journey of Impact game, the more likely they will be inspired to look for ongoing changes, results, differences, outcomes, events and experiences (Impact Ripples) across multiple Life Areas. The more they search, the more they’ll see what could be, and that can lead them to experience changes they haven’t seen before.

What else could be contributing to their changes?

The JOURNEY OF IMPACT App is strategically designed to increase Real-World Impact across 12 different Life Areas. By design, that encourages users to connect your products and services with multiple areas of their life. This could potentially incentivize them to seek change in areas they usually take for granted.

Changes in people’s lives can dramatically impact people’s lives. Go to your Dynamic Dashboard and look at the box called “Life Area Impact Tracker.” That will show you what is changing relative to their Life Areas.

Remember: The Real-World Impact Metrics you see on your Dynamic Dashboard are all presented in the aggregate. Individual user results are not reported for their privacy.

What am I not thinking of that would get my users to be where they want to be faster?

The more you and your team celebrate your Real-World Impact Metrics with your users, the more users will want to play the game.

You can also remind your users to check out the Private Community Chat. This is an anonymous chat function that enables them to connect with all active participants for ongoing motivation and encouragement. Motivation grows when users hear other users are making progress! That’s why we included the feature in the Journey of Impact App.

What other things are at play here that I should be considering based upon my REAL-WORLD IMPACT METRICS?

The Journey of Impact App is designed for multiple purposes beyond collecting user responses to your products and services.

For example, one of the planned purposes of the JOURNEY OF IMPACT App is to enable you to study the degree to which you see increases in employee and provider engagement, job satisfaction, innovation, collaboration, initiative, and productivity.

We project you will see many changes if you institute weekly, FIVE-MINUTE IMPACT-FESTS so your team gets ongoing PROOF of the Real-World Impact they are making in users’ lives. This works best when you institute Five-Minute Impact Fests every week.

In addition, you might see ongoing changes for the organization overall, including increased internal and external awareness of the JOURNEY OF IMPACT study, increased efficacy of your products and services, ongoing publications, and increased local and social media.

You might also keep an eye out for increased recognition of the impact-driven culture of your organization, increased quantity and quality of candidates who are seeking work in impact-driven organizations, increased revenue from repeat and referral users, increased opportunity for recognition of executives who are involved in ongoing studies, and more.

Most importantly, watch for changes in user-facing staff and the users they serve.

Your REAL-WORLD IMPACT METRICS and JOURNEY OF IMPACT App has the potential to strengthen results and relationships throughout your system.

Are these findings statistically significant? Reliable? Valid?

REAL-WORLD IMPACT METRICS are the results that come from conducting three types of analyses:
(1) Simple Quantities (sum and percentage),
(2) Linear regression, and
(3) Path Analysis.

Your Dynamic Dashboard shows the statistical significance of results including the validity (accuracy) and reliability (consistency), however how well your model measures “Real-World Impact” has not been determined as this is the first time it has ever been defined and used in statistical analyses (to our knowledge).
