What Happens Next? LIFE AREAS and REAL-WORLD IMPACT (Part 6)

From stationary bikes that keep us fit to apps that teach us to speak a new language…

Every product or service has the capacity to make an impact on people’s lives, and no two products create the same impact.

IMPACT is the measurable difference you make in people’s lives as the result of contact with you, your unique team, and your unique marketing, sales, products, and services.

How do you know whether your impact is truly unique? Simply watch what happens when people use your products and services over time.

In other words, find out WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

The most effective way to discover (and capitalize on) WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? is to measure your REAL-WORLD IMPACT.

REAL-WORLD IMPACT is the ongoing, long-term, measurable differences, results, outcomes, events and experiences that occur in one or more areas of people’s lives as the direct (or indirect) result of your impact.

My research has consistently shown products and services that produce REAL-WORLD IMPACT move people to buy more, use what they buy, tell all their friends, and come back for more.

The more you provide ongoing proof of the REAL-WORLD IMPACT of your products and services, the more you’ll improve your results, including…

(1) Increased user engagement, perceived value, trust, and loyalty leading to significantly increased new, repeat and referral revenue,

(2) Increased employee engagement, productivity, innovation, creativity, initiative, collaboration, pride, loyalty, longevity, and well-being,

(3) Significantly enhanced marketing copy and sales conversations that spotlight your REAL-WORLD IMPACT, and

(4) A lot less stress trying to make it all happen!

Over the last several weeks, I’ve shared multiple articles and posts about REAL-WORLD IMPACT, and revealed four of the Five Components of REAL-WORLD IMPACT:

Component # 1: INITIAL IMPACT

Component # 2: IMPACT RIPPLES

Component # 3: IMPACT IMPORTANCE

Component # 4: IMPACT CAUSALITY

You can catch up on these articles by visiting my profile or through the links in the comments below.

Today we’ll complete the series with Component # 5: LIFE AREAS.

LIFE AREAS are the different parts of your users’ lives that can be impacted directly or indirectly by your products or services.

LIFE AREAS include dozens of potential areas that can potentially receive REAL-WORLD IMPACT from products and services, such as…

WORK LIFE, HOME LIFE, SOCIAL LIFE, FINANCIAL LIFE, and more.

When users discover multiple LIFE AREAS that have been impacted by your product or service, that’s when appreciation for you and your offerings goes off the charts!

The more LIFE AREAS your products and services touch, the more people will call your offerings “LIFE-CHANGING.”

Is this too touchy-feely for you? Then consider this:

The more people recognize the depth and breadth of REAL-WORLD IMPACT they experience from using your products or services, the more they’ll use what they buy, tell all their friends, and come back for more.

And…

Nothing motivates a team more than witnessing proof of the REAL-WORLD IMPACT of the products and services they research, develop, manufacture, market, sell, service, and support!

In fact, when organizations prioritize REAL-WORLD IMPACT in every department, their revenue grows exponentially, typically in 30 days or less, largely because employees realize the work they do really matters.

QUESTION: If this is true, why do sales, manufacturing, healthcare, and non-profit organizations measure and report ECONOMIC METRICS but overlook REAL-WORLD IMPACT METRICS?

Perhaps they just don’t know how to measure the ongoing impact of their products and services.

For years, I taught my clients to capture, measure, analyze, and report the REAL-WORLD IMPACT of their products and services with customized, analog tools like surveys and interviews.

Of course, analog data collection requires extensive time and human resources.

Nevertheless, those who consistently prioritized measuring REAL-WORLD IMPACT experienced significant, ongoing, growth and highly engaged stakeholders.

Now that I’ve released my latest book and accompanying technology, it will be far easier for them to discover and capitalize on their REAL-WORLD IMPACT METRICS data.

Whether you choose analog or digital tools, I invite you to prioritize measuring REAL-WORLD IMPACT in the coming year.

This time next year, we’ll celebrate your IMPACT RIPPLES together!

In the meantime, I’ll keep writing about REAL-WORLD IMPACT in hopes that it enables you to discover the hidden powers of your products and services.

For now, here’s an IMPACT CHALLENGE for you:

(1) Make a list of all the areas of your life.

(2) Choose a product or service you use and place a checkmark next to each LIFE AREA that has been touched by the IMPACT RIPPLES of that product or service.

(3) Share your discovery with us so we can celebrate the REAL-WORLD IMPACT you’ve received!

(4) If you find an extra moment, do the same challenge for your own products and services and share that with us too!

The impact we make together will be far greater than any we’ll every make alone!

IMPACT CAUSALITY – WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? (Part 5)

What goes into a product or service that changes lives? And can we ever know what caused the product’s impact to happen?

Imagine this…

You wake up at 2:00 a.m. with an idea…

This could be seriously game-changing…

Your heart is racing, you’re wide awake, and there’s no way you’re going back to sleep…

You work through the night and as the sunlight peeks through the window, you lean back and smile…

This is going to change millions of lives!

Later that morning, you present your idea to your team…

“I know it’s never been done,” you smile, “but I have no doubt we can make it happen!”

The room is still…then suddenly everyone starts talking at once…

“Epic brilliance!” “It’s amazing!” “How did you think of it?!” “I can totally sell this!”

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

One year later, your 2:00 a.m. idea is everything you imagined and more…

Your team takes it live, shining a bright spotlight worldwide…

The media print glowing reviews about waiting lists appearing online and in stores.

Your team works 24/7 fulfilling orders, revenue is pouring in, and it looks like this is going to be the biggest launch your company has ever experienced.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Now it’s time to measure the Fourth Component of REAL-WORLD IMPACT so you can keep the momentum going and expand it even further.

IMPACT CAUSALITY answers the critical success question, ‘What caused what?’ This powerful metric enables you to discover every direct and indirect cause of your impact, making your products and services effective, irresistible, sustainable, and valuable.

When you measure and analyze IMPACT CAUSALITY, you discover the correlative and causal connections between your product or service and your REAL-WORLD IMPACT…

And that’s when everything grows bigger than you ever imagined.

Let’s go back to the original idea…

What caused what?

  1. You woke up at 2:00 am with an idea
  2. Your idea came to you while your mind was free to wander
  3. Subconsciously, then consciously, you accessed all the experiences in your life
  4. You chose to trust your instincts and pursued your idea
  5. You shared your idea with your team
  6. Your team brought their passion and expertise to transform your idea into an innovative, viable product
  7. Together, you collaborated at every step, from R&D to manufacturing, to marketing and sales, to distribution and support.ou woke up at 2:00 am with an idea

Every person in your company CAUSED your product to come to life for the purpose of delivering measurable and meaningful IMPACT RIPPLES to your stakeholders.

8. You hold a meeting and remind them this product is their impact.

IMPACT CAUSALITY is the direct and indirect result of every thought, feeling, action, and human that is involved in creating your product or service.
But wait…there’s more…

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You ask how your product enticed, excited, engaged, and enrolled buyers, how it came to create REAL-WORLD IMPACT for users, and how can you make it happen again (only bigger)!

What caused what?

  1. Did they consciously search their problem and discover your solution?
  2. Did they see your ad on television, online, in a store display?
  3. Did they hear about your product from a friend, a colleague, a doctor, a family member?
  4. Did they sample it at the home of someone they trust?
  5. Did they recognize the IMPACT CAUSALITY and look for what caused what?

What caused your buyer to…

  1. Trust what they heard, read, or saw?
  2. Buy and use your product? Be loyal to your product?
  3. Tell others about your product?
  4. Come back for more?
  5. Report the REAL-WORLD IMPACT they received from your product?

IMPACT CAUSALITY is the critical metric that enables you to consistently maximize and capitalize on what caused what, without wasting precious time or money on irrelevant events.

For example,

(1) STAKEHOLDERS. When customers, patients, or beneficiaries receive detailed proof of the IMPACT CAUSALITY of your product or service, they develop unshakable trust and unrivaled loyalty, leading to boundless growth and repeat and referral revenue.

(2) EMPLOYEES. When every member of you team receives detailed proof of the IMPACT CAUSALITY of your product or service, they develop and increase impassioned engagement, loyalty, creativity, productivity, collaboration, innovation, initiative, and a significantly heightened sense of pride that enhances emotional well-being.

And that’s just part of why measuring IMPACT CAUSALITY is critical.

Is it hard to discover the IMPACT CAUSALITY of your products and services? No.

Consider this conversation (from my latest book, What Matters Matters Most)…

“The best part of finding your Impact Causality is you don’t have to do any guessing at all. Your customers will always know what caused what.”

“How do they know?” Mae asked.

“Because they lived it,” Ramesh said wisely.

“Are we supposed to just ask?” Bob pushed. “And they’ll tell us?”

“Yes and yes,” the Impact Lady promised. “If you ask the right questions in the right way, they’ll always give you a detailed accounting of Impact Causality.

“They’ll eagerly report not only the impact they’ve experienced, but also which impacts were caused by or associated with other impacts, which impacts were caused by or associated with your product or service, and the extent to which each impact was important across multiple Life Areas.”

Capturing, measuring, and reporting your IMPACT CAUSALITY reveals the hidden power of your products and services.

Next week we’ll put it all together with the Fifth Component of REAL-WORLD IMPACT…

The component that leads people to tell everyone they know,

“This product changed my entire life!”

If you missed the previous articles and posts about REAL-WORLD IMPACT and WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? you’ll find links in the comments below.

For now, here’s an IMPACT CHALLENGE…

Choose a product or service, then discover its IMPACT CAUSALITY by asking the question, What caused what?

When you’re ready, share your discovery with us so we can celebrate your IMPACT CAUSALITY!

The impact we make together will be far greater than any we’ll every make alone!

IMPACT IMPORTANCE (WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? Part 4)

Is WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? important to you?

How important is it?

Is it important to you that people think your products and services are important for their lives?

Or is it enough for you that they’re buying your offerings?

Here’s the thing:

If your priority is to create a steady flow of ever-increasing revenue…

And you’d like that revenue to come from products and services that make a measurable difference in people’s lives, then…

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? after people use your products and services needs to be seriously and joyfully important to you.

It also needs to be important to you that it’s important to your stakeholders.

If you’ve been following this series, you know WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? is what we call,

REAL-WORLD IMPACT: The measurable, ongoing, long-term changes, differences, outcomes, results, events, and experiences that occur after people use your products and services.

There are Five Components of REAL-WORLD IMPACT.

So far, we’ve looked at the first two components (links in comments) and now it’s time to look at the third component: IMPACT IMPORTANCE.

IMPACT IMPORTANCE is the quality of your impact, as measured by the extent to which people believe each impact they receive from your products or services is important for them, and potentially for other people in their life.

Measuring and reporting IMPACT IMPORTANCE is the quickest and most dependable strategy to increase trust, loyalty, and repeat / referral revenue…

I’ve found IMPACT IMPORTANCE can be game-changing for internal and external stakeholders.

So, when people use your product or service, is it important to help them assess the importance of WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Absolutely.

When people identify the IMPACT IMPORTANCE of WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? they make dramatic shifts in how they think about products and services.

They move from thinking, “I use this product because it works,” to…

“I use this product because it makes me feel stronger, healthier, keeps me fit, makes me way happier, gives me more energy, and drives me to put myself out in the world in a way I’ve never done before…

“and that is extremely important for my job, and life-changing for me and my family.”

“IMPACT IMPORTANCE ignites people to see the magnitude of your impact and inspires them to keep coming back for more.” (see What Matters Matters Most®)

While the first two components of REAL-WORLD IMPACT (INITIAL IMPACT and IMPACT RIPPLES) reveal ongoing proof of the value your products and services bring to people’s lives…

Assessing IMPACT IMPORTANCE moves people to become your strongest ambassadors and loyal buyers.

It also moves employees to be significantly more engaged, productive, and happy, knowing their work helps build the IMPACT IMPORTANCE of your products and services.

IMPACT IMPORTANCE is a powerful growth multiplier, yet its greatest power may be the pride you’ll feel when you lay your head on the pillow each night.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Next week, I’ll reveal the Fourth Component of REAL-WORLD IMPACT and show you how it can get you up the mountain faster and easier.

In the meantime, I have 2 questions for you…

(1) What do you imagine your stakeholders might say about the IMPACT IMPORTANCE of your product benefits?

(2) If they assigned a high weight to the IMPACT IMPORTANCE of your IMPACT RIPPLES, how would your life be different?

I’d love for you to share your answers below in the comments…

And no, this isn’t about the algorithm for me. It’s about the IMPACT RIPPLES you’ll bring to others through your comments.

The impact we make together will be far greater than any we’ll every make alone!

What Happens Next? Part 3: IMPACT RIPPLES

Hundreds of millions of employees and entrepreneurs are at their desks today, innovating, marketing, selling, and supporting solutions to everyday problems.

Unfortunately, most will never get to see what happens after their stakeholders use what they’ve built.

They’ll never get to celebrate, What Happens Next?

Let’s fix that starting right now…

Start by asking, ‘What happens after our stakeholders use the products and services we work so hard to bring to their lives?’

Assuming your planned benefits are strong, your users will experience REAL-WORLD IMPACT—ongoing, small and large changes in multiple areas of their lives…

Asking WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? is one of the most powerful strategies to increase stakeholder engagement, loyalty, and revenue.

When users experience REAL-WORLD IMPACT, they’re far more likely to come back for more and tell all their friends about you and your offerings.

The key is to measure, maximize and capitalize on your REAL-WORLD IMPACT, and that’s why I keep writing about it.

Last week, I shared the first of Five Components of REAL-WORLD IMPACT: INITIAL IMPACT, with real-world examples of What Happens Next??? (links in comments).

Now let’s look at the second component: IMPACT RIPPLES.

IMPACT RIPPLES are best understood through the well-known metaphor of the “Pebble in a Pond.”

When we toss a product or service into someone’s life, it hits them the same way a pebble hits the water…

The pebble (product) creates an INITIAL IMPACT (splash), which then creates a series of IMPACT RIPPLES.

IMPACT RIPPLES are the ongoing, differences, changes, results, outcomes, events, and experiences that occur in people’s lives after they receive the INIITAL IMPACT of a product or service.

The more powerful the product, the more IMPACT RIPPLES will appear over time, the more REAL-WORLD IMPACT users will experience, and the more they will buy.

Following is one of my favorite real-world examples of IMPACT RIPPLES (excerpt from my latest book, What Matters Matters Most®)…

“Tameka, I assume your Age-Reducing Smile Balm was purposefully designed to create a measurable difference in users’ lives, yes?”

“Yes,” Tameka confirmed.

“Okay,” the Impact Lady instructed, “do you know the INITIAL IMPACTs your customers experience after receiving the planned benefits of Age-Reducing Smile Balm?”

“Yes, we made a list of those last week,” Tameka reported.

“Good,” the Impact Lady affirmed. “Now, assuming your customer needs to use your product on a regular basis, can we expect cumulative, positive impacts to their skin?”

“Yes,” Tameka confirmed, “At least, that’s the goal.”

“Okay, how long does it take for your planned benefits to kick in?” the Impact Lady asked.

Tameka sat thinking for a moment, then looked up.

“We tell customers it takes six weeks for them to achieve the full effect of Smile Balm, but most people start seeing results in the first 24 hours, so we’re good with INITIAL IMPACT starting after that.”

“Great, let’s continue,” the Impact Lady directed. “Now, think about a typical user and ask yourself ‘What Happened Next?’ What is the INITIAL IMPACT after your planned benefits?”

Tameka quickly looked at the list her team had given her. “Got it!”

“Okay,” the Impact Lady continued. “After the first 24 hours of your INITIAL IMPACT, what will your customer see, think, feel, and do as their skin changes in response to using the product?”

Tameka quickly scribbled another list. “Got it!”

“Now,” the Impact Lady continued, “please tell us everything you’ve figured out, beginning with your INITIAL IMPACT and then IMPACT RIPPLES.”

“Sure!” Tameka began. “The INITIAL IMPACT is increased moisture, softness, and smoothness around and on the lips.

“If customers follow instructions and apply Smile Balm twice each day, they will likely experience IMPACT RIPPLES of increasing fullness, smoothness, moistness, softness, improved coloration of their lips, less cracking, increasing evenness of lipstick application, reduction of fine lines around their lips, and a more youthful appearance overall.

“I believe most people who buy a product to improve their smile begin with a degree of self-consciousness about the smile they had before they used Smile Balm.

“So logically, a revitalized smile would create IMPACT RIPPLES of increased self-esteem, feeling more comfortable in their own skin, and a greater willingness to put themselves out in the world.

“This would likely create IMPACT RIPPLES of opportunities for personal and professional connections, which could lead to IMPACT RIPPLES of new adventures, new relationships, new learning, more joy, more success, more love, and more pride when they look in the mirror.”

“Just hearing you makes me want to use the stuff,” Mae laughed.

“Brava Tameka!” Amy smiled.

— End quote —

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT??? is one of the most powerful questions we can ever explore.

When we research INITIAL IMPACT and IMPACT RIPPLES and share the results with internal and external stakeholders, we consistently see significant increases in engagement, loyalty, and revenue.

And that’s only the first two Components of REAL-WORLD IMPACT!

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT???

The next three components of REAL-WORLD IMPACT enable stakeholders to form impassioned perceptions of the value, desirability, and trust of your products, services, and organization.

I’ll tell you about the third component next week, and in the meantime, why not take a few minutes to list your potential IMPACT RIPPLES?

Begin with your INITIAL IMPACT, then keep asking WHAT HAPPENS NEXT??? and you’ll discover your IMPACT RIPPLES.

Share your IMPACT RIPPLES list below so we can all celebrate you…

And if you missed any of my articles or posts on REAL-WORLD IMPACT, you might want to start with the articles listed below (in the comments).

The impact we make together will be far greater than any we’ll ever make alone!

what happens next

What Happens Next? INITIAL IMPACT

I’ve been asking What Happens Next? since I was a little girl.

My mom would come home from work and I’d jump up and down asking…

“What’s for dinner?” “What are we doing after dinner?” “What next on TV?” “When are we going to the park?” “When are we getting a puppy?”

Yesterday would have been my mom’s 91st birthday and she’s probably still laughing about all my What Happens Next? questions.

Honestly, I’ve never stopped asking What Happens Next?.

In my first job, I managed research projects to find out What Happens Next? for organizations that needed answers about their teams, their products and services, and the people they served.

When I launched my first business, I used the question, What Happens Next? to plan how to lead, market, sell, and manage what could, would, and should happen next…

Throughout my career, I’ve encouraged leaders to measure What Happens Next? so they can fully engage stakeholders and innovate stronger products and services for increased impact and revenue.

“What Happens Next?” is a critical question and metric for every industry, and once we harness its power, every door opens wider.

Think of it this way…

Like a pebble that’s tossed into a pond, your product or service creates an INITIAL IMPACT that ultimately creates ripples in the ponds of every life you touch.

The key is to manage your INITIAL IMPACT so the ongoing ripples will positively change multiple areas of people’s lives.

We’ll talk more about ripples as we go through the FIVE COMPONENTS of REAL-WORLD IMPACT but for now, let’s look at the first component of REAL-WORLD IMPACT…

INITIAL IMPACT is the measurable results, changes, differences, outcomes, events, and experiences that occur in people’s lives after they first experience the promised benefits of a product or service.

Here’s an EXAMPLE: Imagine you’re thinking about buying a new house.

You engage a real estate company and an agent is assigned to find the perfect house for you…

vWHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

The realtor delivers PROMISED BENEFITS

You receive:

  • Guidance and expertise as you search for your perfect house…
  • Assistance as you move through the process of selecting a house…
  • A bunch of hoops to jump through to get a mortgage…
  • A pen…
  • A gargantuan pile of documents with teeny-tiny fonts and sticky flags where you sign your name (here…here…here…here…here)…
  • A folder with copies of every document you signed…
  • Help to pick up the copies when the folder slides off your lap…
  • The keys to the house!

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Now that you’ve experienced your promised benefits, you begin the period of INITIAL IMPACT.
You drive to your new home, insert your new keys into the keyhole, and open the door…

YOUR door!

You feel something you’ve never felt before, though you’re not sure what it is.

You walk inside and find a basket with a bottle of champagne, a note from your realtor, and some snacks.

You sit on the floor with your basket and munch while you make a toast to your future.

You tap your phone and music fills the house…

YOUR house!

You stand up and dance through every room…

YOUR rooms!

You laugh, you cry, you marvel as you realize, for the very first time,

This is OUR HOUSE!

For the next 24 hours, it just keeps hitting you…

THIS IS OUR HOUSE!

(Did we do the right thing?)

WOO-HOO! WE’RE HOMEOWNERS!

(How much are the monthly payments?!)

THIS IS OUR HOME!

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We’ll look at the second component of REAL-WORLD IMPACT next week in Part (3) – IMPACT RIPPLES!

For now, you might want to focus on the promised benefits your products and services provide, and the INITIAL IMPACT your benefits create.

If you’d like, list your promised benefits in the comments below. If you know your INITIAL IMPACT, add that too! And if you’d like input, let me know. I’m happy to help!

If you missed Part (1), see the link below in the comments.

To your impact!

What Happens Next P1

What Happens Next??? (Part 1)

Do you research, innovate, develop, manufacture, market, and sell so people will buy, use, and benefit from your products and services?

If so, the most critical question you’ll ever ask is, “What happens next???”

For most organizations, “next” is a survey, or a request for ratings, reviews, and repeat and referral business…

“Did we solve your problem? Please give us a 5-Star Rating…

“Do you love our product? Please take our survey, give us a review…post a pic…upload a video…tell all your friends…come back for more…use this coupon…”

Unfortunately, most organizations are so busy chasing stars, they miss the most important question of all:

After someone buys your product or receives your service, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT???
Did your planned benefits create a measurable difference for your users?

If so, what is the difference they experienced?

Did that difference lead to more impact?

And did your impact keep spreading to multiple areas of their lives in an endless cycle of impact that makes their lives easier, better, more fulfilling, enjoyable, safer, fun, healthier, enriching, interesting, successful, meaningful, and loving?

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT???

If your product or service is purposefully designed to “change peoples’ lives,” then WHAT HAPPENS NEXT is what matters most to them.

REAL-WORLD IMPACT is every change, difference, outcome, result, event, and experience that happens when people use your products and services.

REAL-WORLD IMPACT is all the ongoing, long-term, ever-growing ripples that come as the direct—and indirect—result of using your products and services.

REAL-WORLD IMPACT is WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

If your products and services are purposefully designed to make an impact, then your users are likely experiencing profound levels of REAL-WORLD IMPACT in multiple areas of their life.

Over the next five Tuesdays, I’ll walk you through the FIVE COMPONENTS OF REAL-WORLD IMPACT, with real-world examples, so you can maximize and capitalize on “What Happens Next?”

If you want more details, see my comment below.

Prove Your Real World Impact

Prove Your Real-World Impact™

When a customer, patient, or beneficiary experiences the planned benefits of your products and services, what happens next?
I’ve been asking clients that question for decades. Here’s how one conversation progressed (edited for privacy)…

Me: “When a ‘user’ experiences the planned benefits of your products and services, do you know what happens next?”

Client: “Of course! We developed ‘product’ so ‘users’ can get ‘A, B, and C’.”

Me: “Awesome! And when they get ‘A, B, and C’,’ what happens next?”

Client: “Huh?”

Me: “What happens next?”

Client: “Sorry, I don’t get what you’re asking,”

Me: “No problem. Have you heard the ‘Ripple in the Pond’ metaphor?”

Client: “Sure! You toss a pebble into a pond, and ripples appear. They can keep going for miles.”

Me: “Exactly! So, my question is, do you know the ongoing, long-term, ripple effects of your planned benefits?”

Client: “Wow. I never thought about that.”

Me: “Have you ever tried to measure your Impact Ripples?”

Client: “Why would we do that?”

Me: “Your Impact Ripples reveal the changes, differences, outcomes, results, events and experiences ‘users’ get from your products and services. You can use that information to increase internal and external engagement, loyalty, and growth.”

Client: “I could go for that. How does it work?”

Me: “Simply invite your users to tell you the Real-World Impact they receive from your products and services.”

Client: “And they’ll tell us that?”

Me: “Absolutely.”

Client: “And what do we do with the information?”

Me: “Measure, analyze and report your data to your users, share it with your team, use it in your marketing and sales conversations, and much more.”

Client: “Okay I’m listening. Tell me more.”

Me: “Once you discover your Real-World Impact Metrics you can apply your data to,

  • Innovate new, and improve existing, products and services,
  • Increase employee engagement, productivity, and initiative,
  • Enhance marketing copy and advertising,
  • Increase sales, service, support, and HR effectiveness,
  • Increase stakeholder engagement and loyalty, and
  • Significantly increase new, repeat, and referral revenue.”

Client: “That sounds like a lot of work. We’d never have time for that.”

Me: “I know. It does take a lot of time if you do it yourself, but if you could capture, measure, analyze, and report your Real-World Impact Metrics in only FIVE MINUTES A WEEK, would you do it?”

Client: “Are you kidding? I’ve always wondered if the work we do makes an impact. My team needs to know that too. It’s been a tough year for everyone.”

Me: “You’re not alone.”

I’ve had similar conversations with thousands of entrepreneurs and leaders in sales, healthcare, and non-profit organizations worldwide.

I published multiple books about it, did speaking engagements and trainings, and consulted with countless leaders to help them strategize, prioritize, and measure their impact.

Without exception, everyone loved the idea of measuring their impact and some of my clients did measure their impact through analog protocols I created for them.

Unfortunately, most leaders don’t have the time, resources, or expertise to measure their Real-World Impact—not to mention get hundreds, thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of users to engage in capturing and reporting the Five Components of Real-World Impact after using their products and services.

It has been my life’s work to find a way to make it easy for sales, healthcare, and non-profit organizations and startup entrepreneurs to be able to capture and capitalize on PROOF of the Real-World Impact they bring to their customers, patients, and beneficiaries…

I’ve invested millions of dollars and decades of studying, researching, developing, and testing more than 200 strategic formulas and 100+ mathematical formulas…

I’ve been honored by professionals across a wide variety of industries (from India to Canada and across the Unites States) who gave their time to engage in multiple rounds of beta testing…

And today, for the first time, I’m honored and thrilled to announce,

Leaders can now easily capture, measure, analyze, report, and capitalize on the ongoing, long-term, Real-World Impact of their products and services, with little or no work in only FIVE MINUTES A WEEK.

Reviewers and testers have called this patent pending invention intriguing, illuminating, rewarding, ground-breaking, and fun.

I can’t wait to find out what you will call it!
